Anna Perasso is Managing partner, Senior Wealth Advisor, and she has more than 17 years of experience in the financial industry.

She started her banking career as an international private banker and client advisor for top-tier firms and privately held financial companies managing portfolios for high net worth and ultra-high net worth LATAM clients residing in Mexico, Chile, Argentina and Venezuela with a focus on wealth and estate planning. In these roles, she worked closely with her business partners in identifying the right investment vehicles for her clients, often involving highly sophisticated transactions.

Anna also spent many years as a wealth management advisor at TIAA, in which she ran a successful practice specializing in wealth and estate planning for U.S.-based clients. Her diverse background and training enabled her to help solve for her clients' complex financial needs with a focus on customized financial planning. She was approached to serve in a leadership role at HSBC where she helped lead the technology transformation of the planning platform for the global bank as part of a pilot program, while supporting and working closely with a team of senior advisors and branch network in the New York region to drive revenue. She served as a coach on the consultative sales process, practice management, product knowledge, as well as helped her region's financial professionals with identifying opportunities within all the disciplines of the financial planning process.

Anna recently came from Avantax®, serving as regional director of enterprise growth for the Northeast, covering eight states, where she successfully worked with independent tax wealth management financial professionals on all aspects of their business growth needs.

Prior to embarking in a career in the financial services arena, Anna also held various positions in the public and private sector working in consulting and leadership capacities.

Anna holds a master's degree from Columbia University in advanced management and finance, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Queens College.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She also enjoys running, hiking, culinary arts and international travel.
