Delker | Vice President of Operations

Delker serves as Vice President of Operations, bringing more than a decade of financial services experience and a deep understanding of client service, operational processes, and practice management to the firm.

Prior to stepping into her current role, Delker served as Client Service Manager for the East Coast Team, where she played an integral role in developing and refining workflows designed to improve efficiency and strengthen the client experience. Her hands-on background in client service gives her a valuable perspective on how thoughtful operations can support both clients and advisors.

As Vice President of Operations, Delker oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations and helps ensure seamless coordination across its wealth management and tax planning services. She leads process improvement initiatives, implements operational best practices, and manages key technology and vendor relationships. Working closely with advisors and support staff, Delker helps ensure client needs are addressed thoroughly, efficiently, and with a consistently high level of service.

Based in San Diego, Delker lives with her husband, Bill, and their two sons, Billy and Nathan. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, spending time at the beach, and making the most of San Diego’s sunny weather.
