Ritika joined Wealth Financial Partners in January 2020 and plays a central role in supporting the firm’s day-to-day operations and keeping the team organized, informed, and working toward shared goals. With a background in technology and a strong understanding of the firm’s administrative needs, she provides support across a wide range of operational and team initiatives.

Ritika helps coordinate administrative functions, supports team communication, and works closely with leadership and staff to keep priorities moving forward. She is often involved in identifying and resolving day-to-day challenges, addressing issues as they arise, and stepping in wherever additional coordination or support is needed. She also helps keep the team informed of important firm developments, process changes, and new initiatives so everyone remains aligned and connected.

Before joining Wealth Financial Partners, Ritika spent 10 years as an IT professional in India. Her technology background and problem-solving experience bring a practical and resourceful perspective to her role, particularly when navigating new challenges, improving processes, and helping the team operate more efficiently.

Ritika holds a Bachelor of Computer Science (Honors) degree from Delhi University in India. She moved to the United States after getting married in 2017 and currently resides in Basking Ridge with her husband.

Outside of work, Ritika enjoys spending time at the beach, watching Formula 1 racing, and enjoying quiet time with her husband and friends.
